Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TheNewsletter by HypePilot. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up or using TheNewsletter, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

TheNewsletter provides curated, AI-assisted digests based on topics you select. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and digest token. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Plans and Billing

TheNewsletter is a paid subscription service. When you sign up, you will be enrolled in a 14-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. Charges are recurring and billed through Stripe on a monthly basis.

By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation will stop future charges but does not provide refunds for amounts already billed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting unauthorized access.

6. Content

All digests are summaries of third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy or endorse external links.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described above.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
